Ours is made on site and tumbled inside the machine, so the cubes stay loose and we stay stocked through the busy weekends. The vending machine is self-serve 24/7/365. Swipe or tap, grab your 10 lb bag, and go. $3.99, cards only, nothing to download. Pull in at two in the morning on your way up to the lake and it’s ready, or send the kids down in the golf cart with a card and let them haul it back.

Swipe, tap, or insert your card. Tap works with your phone or watch too. Your transaction stays open after the first bag, so you can keep buying until you hit the machine’s max or you press End Transaction to close it out.
For ice, hit the ICE button. That’s it.
For water, open the door and set your jug inside first, then hit WATER.
Ice fills automatically. Wait for the bag to finish, open the door, and pull out your 10 lb bag. Want another? Wait for the voice prompt and vend again, up to 5 bags per transaction.
Water fills the same way. Once your jug is done, open the door and take it out. Wait for the prompt if you want to fill another.
Bagging is touchless. Keep your hands out of the chamber unless you’re setting a jug in or pulling your ice out.
Your bag will look like it has room at the top. That’s on purpose. The bags are oversized so you can actually tie them shut, and there are free zip ties mounted right on the machine.
If your water jug is too small or sitting wrong, the machine cancels the transaction and you won’t be charged.
If the red light above the buttons is lit, the machine is temporarily out of order.

Because the ice is made on site rather than trucked in, outages are rare, but if the light’s on, the machine won’t process a transaction. Try again shortly, or give us a call if it’s been out for a while.
